- Acknowledge that for AI-generated content (Output), while it can be utilized for legal purposes, including commercial use and publication, it is advisable to disclose that the Output was generated using artificial intelligence tools. Given the nature of machine learning, the Output may not be exclusive, and the Service might produce similar or identical results for other users [1].
5. Intellectual Property
- Uplicon’s Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to software, methodologies, tools, content (excluding client-provided content), and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Uplicon. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of Uplicon’s proprietary Services without our prior written consent.
- Client Content: You retain all ownership rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to Uplicon for the purpose of delivering the Services.
