  • Service Charges: We offer a 100% refund of any service charges for eligible cancellations or unused services, subject to the conditions outlined below.
  • One-Time Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are generally non-refundable. These fees cover initial costs associated with establishing your service, such as server configuration, software licenses, domain registration, and other foundational work that is expended regardless of service usage. Once these initial setup activities have commenced, these fees are considered earned and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Service Usage: The eligibility and amount of a refund will depend on whether the service has been used and to what extent.


3. Refund Eligibility


3.1. Full Refund (100% of Service Charge)

You are eligible for a 100% refund of the service charge if:

  • Cancellation Before Service Commencement: You cancel your service agreement before Uplicon has commenced any work or provision of the agreed-upon services. This includes any preparatory work beyond the non-refundable one-time setup fees.
  • No Service Usage: You have paid for a service, but have not utilized any part of it, and you request a refund within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., within 7 days of purchase, if no work has started).


3.2. Pro-Rated Refund (Partial Service Charge Refund)

If you cancel a service after Uplicon has commenced work or you have utilized a portion of the service, a pro-rated refund of the service charge may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service, minus any work already completed or resources expended by Uplicon. The calculation will consider:

  • The percentage of the service completed.
  • The time spent by Uplicon personnel on your project.
  • Any third-party costs incurred by Uplicon on your behalf (e.g., stock images, software licenses, advertising spend) that are not recoverable.


3.3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • One-Time Setup Fees: As stated in Section 2, these fees cover initial, non-recoverable costs.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by Uplicon for third-party services or products specifically purchased for your project (e.g., premium themes, plugins, specific software licenses, advertising budget) that are non-refundable to Uplicon.
  • Completed Work: Payments for services that have been fully rendered and delivered as per the service agreement.
  • Breach of Terms: Services terminated due to a client’s breach of our Terms of Service.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request.
